ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Law and Justice, Farooq H. Naek has said that 42 deposed judges have been paid over Rs.5 crore as salary arrears.In a statement made in the National Assembly, Naek said that deposed chief justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry and other judges were reimbursed their emoluments. The minister said that Iftikhar Chaudhry has been so far paid over Rs. 1.2 million
