Over 6 million looted from bank at Karachi Al Noor Society

Updated at: 1204 PST, Saturday, November 22, 2008 KARACHI: In a daredevil incident of loot and plunder rampant in the city, a bank at Samanabad, Al Noor Society area here was raided by six armed persons, who decamped by robbing over 6 million rupees.According to details, six armed persons taking hostage of the bank’s security guard and staff at Al Noor Society in Samanabad area of Gulberg Town hurriedly grabbed over Rs6 million from the bank and escaped from the scene.
